In 2023, the two companies rebranded under one name: OnTrac. Most old labels, retailer emails, and tracking numbers that start with “1LS” still show up as Lasership tracking. Those tracking numbers still work.

How to Check the Status of a Package Using LaserShip Tracking?
- Find your tracking number. Check your order confirmation or shipping email. Can’t find it? Ask the retailer.
- Open this LaserShip tracking page. Visit this page on your phone or computer.

What Does a LaserShip Tracking Number Look Like?
OnTrac says its tracking numbers begin with one of these prefixes:

What Do the LaserShip Tracking Statuses Mean?
Statuses can feel vague when you’re waiting. Here’s a plain-English version, based on OnTrac’s own help guidance.

Delayed or Marked Delivered but Missing?
Tracking says “Delivered” at 2 p.m. Your porch is empty. Don’t panic. Work through these steps:
- Check around the property. Look behind planters, by side doors, and with neighbours.
- Verify the address. A typo on the retailer’s site is a common culprit.
- Wait a few hours. Scans sometimes post before the drop.
- Open a case. Use OnTrac’s chat assistant, Wink, with your tracking number. This starts an investigation.
- Follow up with the seller. Two business days with no update? OnTrac advises contacting the retailer.
Can I change my delivery address? Not directly. OnTrac says the retailer must approve address changes.
Does OnTrac Deliver on Weekends?
In select service areas, yes. OnTrac lists Saturday and Sunday deliveries from 8 a.m. to 9 p.m. Availability depends on your ZIP code, so check your LaserShip tracking page for the delivery date.
